About Me

Dr. Bhavesh Arun Popat is a distinguished Vascular and Interventional Radiologist with a robust career spanning over a decade. Dr. Popat has a commendable academic background with an M.B.B.S. from MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai, and an M.D. in Radio Diagnosis from Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College, Pune. He has also completed fellowships in Vascular and Interventional Radiology from Seth G.S. Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai and European Board of Interventional Radiology (EBIR).

He has made significant contributions to the field of Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Vascular & Interventional Radiology at Seth G.S. Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai. In recognition of his contributions to medicine, he was awarded the “Times Healthcare Leader Award – 2021”.

Dr. Bhavesh has been actively involved in training of radiology and post MD fellows. He is a regular faculty at famed national and international conferences, conducts workshops on intricate procedures for senior medical professionals thus aiding developments in endovascular medicine in the country.

He is treasurer and executive member of governing body for interventional radiologist in India (ISVIR) and is widely recognised for his contribution to the field of medicine.

Currently, he practices as a Consultant Vascular and Interventional Radiologist in the city of Mumbai. Dr. Popat is actively involved in clinical work, administration, and teaching.
